This doesn't seem like the official match-up list. Also, the chart isn't very accurate, as Mr. Game & Watch does not hold a 50:50 match-up with Meta Knight. I've seen his match-up discussion threads (though unofficial, they are made by expert Meta Knight/Mr. Game & Watch players), and it says that the match-up is 40:60, Meta Knight with the advantage [1][2] (scroll down a bit).
