Frozen is a state which characters enter under varying circumstances, most commonly being hit by a Freezie. In this state, controls are completely disabled. It wears off on its own, but being hit by a fire-based attack will immediatly end it. The amount of time it takes for a character to thaw out varies by the cause of the effect.
