Event Match 44: Mewtwo Strikes! is one of the 51 Event Matches from the Event Mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee. The opponents are both Zelda and Mewtwo. The match starts off with Zelda, but KOing Zelda ends the event match. Zelda can be attacked without any penalties. Mewtwo joins the fight after fifteen seconds.

Strategy

Attack Mewtwo with attacks and items. When he has a lot of damage, throw him out of the stage or use a smash attack to finish him off. The strategy for the quickest KO is to go where Mewtwo spawns and use Jigglypuff's Rest when he appears.
