Event Match 44: Mewtwo Strikes! is one of the 51 Event Matches from the Event Mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee. The opponents are both [[Zelda [SSBM)|Zelda]] and Mewtwo. The match starts off with Zelda, but KOing Zelda ends the event match. Zelda can be attacked without any penalties. Mewtwo joins the fight after fifteen seconds.
