Well Actually, I was thinking that Plusle and Minum appeared from a Poke'ball. Not playable characters. And by double Poke'mon, we know how sometimes (sometimes) Latios and Latias come from the same Poke'ball. Well, other times you just get Latios, or just Latias. Plusle and Minum would be the one and only pair of Poke'mon that will always (always) be double Poke'mon inside the same Poke'mon. Adding this and by past comment, it could have worked out well. I would like to point out that Plusle's Japanese name is Prasle. That explains the "Pra."
