Try to use more Short hopped aerials and his side special, these are the key element in his 3p+ game. And use less tilts and more Smashes. - Hatake91 (talk) 16:35, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

Don't be afraid to try another character entirely for 4p FFA. Marth himself isn't terrible for 4p FFA, but he's certainly not at his best and his speed is somewhat off-set by his medium-large body. Try finding someone with some of the following traits:
::Small or medium body: less area to be hit.
::Power: plenty of knockback is a good thing when you've got many more targets.
::Super Armor: try to have a few moves that give super armor. Not flinching means landing your attack, which often comes in handy when there are 3 times as many other attacks to avoid.
::Good Recovery: you're likely going to get knocked off a whole lot more. Especially if the other players decide you've lived too long and gang up on you. You usually don't have to be worried about being edge-guarded unless that happens either. RogueMastermind
Such an incredible character dont exist in the game. :s To play well in a free for all brawl with Marth, do NOT be in the core of the fight. Try to stand a little near the fight. Use especially aerials (but not against MK) to approach. If you want to fight directly in the core of the action, don't use aerials ! Marth is unfortunately badly light, which makes him quite vulnerable.Metalink187 (talk) 14:42, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
