I was originally for support but right now I'm not sure if it is even needed. I checked out how Bulbapedia handles it for their langtables, and they use {{s|Bulbapedia|Template:Tt}} which is identical to our [[Template:Rollover]] without the explain class being optional. [[Template:Ja]] is just Template:Rollover with special font families and a lang attribute set to Japanese. With [[Forum:Langtable templates]] being approved I think something more general may be needed.
