It's important that with chargable moves, we get images of various power levels. What percentage is Lucario in this image? I do not have access to my Wii, unfortunately, so I cannot research this. Mr. Anontalk 15:25, 29 January 2012 (EST)

I have no information on what level Lucario was when the image was taken, and the uploader has been inactive for over an year now.
