Documentation of this effect

From what I could gather, this effect is similar to Sparks, as it is used to generate the electric effect on the few moves it is used, and is otherwise cosmetic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Titiunit (talk • contribs) 15:51, January 17, 2023 (EST)

Both neutral hit 9 and uncrouch cause a type of crumple with electricity and both use this effect. I recall hearing that Kazuya has extra hitboxes on his attacks that cause Sparks alongside the regular hitbox and effect. So it would then be possible for the previously mentioned moves to be both Sparks and Fist Down. --CanvasK (talk) 16:16, January 17, 2023 (EST)
