When Dr. Wright is summoned, he uses his baton to erect three skyscrapers beside him, hurling players into the air. The skyscrapers deal 10% [[damage]] as they emerge, 15% as they grow, and 30% as they reach their max size. There is a 10% chance that he will instead create super scrapers that are twice as big, though the damage and [[knockback]] is unchanged. He has a small hitbox before he lands after being summoned, which deals 2%. In Japanese, Dr. Wright speaks with Japanese onomatopoeia and shares voice actors with [[Leon Powalski]] in the same game. In English, he has less Japanese-sounding grunts and is voiced by Nate Bihldorff, a Senior localization manager for [[Nintendo of America]].
