Pikachu performs a jumping headbutt, launching the opponent vertically. It possesses very minor damage output on its own, totaling only 4%, but this throw is the setup for Pikachu's most notorious KO setup, where at high damage percents it can combo into Thunder. If performed correctly, the opponent will be launched into the storm cloud hitbox, which then meteor smashes them back down into Pikachu to get hit by the shockwave hitbox, dealing 26.25% damage total fresh and launching the opponent with powerful horizontal knockback. This setup can KO below 100%, especially so if near the edge of the stage and in conjunction with rage. The opponent's DI may need to be read however in order to successfully hit the Thunder, and the Pikachu player needs to accurately time their jump towards the opponent's direction before using Thunder in order to land it.
