UtilityEdit

Robin's up tilt attack hits in a generous arc over their head. The move is known to be inconsistent - it has 3 different hitboxes varying in knockback and hitstun. At low percents, any hitbox can combo into another Up Tilt or an Up Smash; around 90%, the tipper hitbox will combo into Up Smash, while the late hitboxes will combo into Up Air.
