This is a reference to how strength training repetitions in ''Wii Fit'' were signaled with a whistle blow.

**Despite this, Wii Fit Trainer's [[down smash]] is the her only smash attack that takes the form of a strength training exercise from ''Wii Fit'', with the other two being yoga poses.
