1. Make a page called User talk:Username/archive x (username being your username obviously, and x being the number of your archive)

2. Copy and paste all finished conversations on your talk page to your archive. Also put the archive template {{archive}} at the top of your page.

3. Remove all the moved discussions from your talk page, and include a link to your archive on your talk page.

Also, don't worry about your archive being over 30 kb in size. Unless your talk page is extensively large (past 60 kb, where you should then split among multiple archives), put all finished discussions in your archive. Omega Tyrant 05:58, 6 May 2011 (EDT)

Look, if you make a archive, you have to move the stuff from your current talk page to the archive (cut and paste) but you did copy and paste.
