Up Air #1 was a tournament held by Super Smash Bros. Argentina, featuring singles for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Melee, being the first tournament in this new venue. This was Oz's first tournament on 2016 in Argentina since he came back from USA winning the for Wii U tournament reaching Grand finals. Smashu (sent to losers bracket by Oz) had an amazing runback beating players such as Pelox, Bt'x, Escurridizo and reset to Oz Grand Finals 3-1 but unfortunately lost on the 2nd set 3-1. Pelox won the Melee tournament reseting Grand finals (sent to losers by Slimex). Slimex had a notable performance, beating Escurridizo and Marcos.
