	I personally think Fox has the strongest up smash in the NTSC version because you can kill within less than 100% damage. 			:I am not sure about the PAL version, but in the NTSC version, the strongest uncharged u-smash is Pikachu's, followed by Sheik's, than Fox's, the fourth being Ganondorf's, and the fifth being Marth's tipped u-smash. When they are fully charged however, Ganondorf's becomes the strongest due to its much higher damage output. However, all of these u-smashes can KO anyone under 100%.
