::It is speculation, which '''does not''' belong on the Wiki in any way, shape, or form. I find it quite ridiculous to believe that the Macy parade influenced Poke Floats. You know, the idea of giant balloons was conjured before the Macy parade came into existence and it is not the only thing that has giant balloons. Can't you guys accept the fact that this stage is an original creation created for ''Melee''? :::The Macy's Parade is quite famous, and it's unlikely that it escaped Nintendo's notice that it was a great publicity draw for Pokemon (which were already popular anyway). Why not base a stage off of it? (Also, while not everything in Smash has a source, the vast majority do.)
