That would be great! It would be nice to have a translated version of both the Guidance and Codec. A lot of the info may differ (even if it's just wording), regardless if it is necessarily interesting to "most". Because of the length of even the English ones, it would probably be better to have a separate page. I'm not sure if the translated versions would be able to "fit", unless most did not mind if the Japanese versions were followed by the English on the same page (the page is long regardless). I know some may argue that if we were to include Japanese, we'd probably need to do other languages, but this wiki mainly just does its main language (English) and the game's original language (Japanese).
