::::Obvious April Fools' pranks do not really qualify as "rumour"s. The Sonic/Tails rumour in Melee is the exception, not because it wasn't obvious, but because it lasted in the public consciousness beyond its initial apperance. I seem to recall people talking about the Sonic/Tails rumour for months and even years after the fact, while I don't see the Nester thing anywhere nowadays. It was a flash in the pan.
