Notability
Even if the page was meant to promote someone's legitimacy, depending on how notable Arbiter is as a commentator I'd say this page should be fine. We are generally slow for making pages on commentators (notable ones like Charles Thoren didn't even get a page until recently) so it would be great to get some help from in-region players who are familiar with this stuff.
In regards to ATW's comment to check on FireThePyro's past page creations, all of them are perfectly fine in terms of notability. Cookies
