	:Don't you mean that if ~~your~~ going by tier placement, the best character of all time is either Fox or Pikachu, not Kirby? Pikachu is higher than Kirby on each of the current tier lists. Anyways, when comparing Pikachu and Fox, Pikachu is higher than Fox on two of the three current tier lists. If you add up their tier positions however, Pikachu's add up to 26 (1+16+9) while Fox's add up to 23 (2+1+20).
