::::Well, regional PRs don't use a "score" value in the same way these global ones do (compare [[MD/VA Power Rankings|1]], [[SoCal Power Rankings|2]]) and wouldn't need such a column. "Character & score"Edit

This is quite ugly. Having these in the same space doesn't make sense – either the PowerRankingsRow should be modified to add support for the two separate columns, or we shouldn't use that template at all. – Smiddle 16:20, 26 December 2016 (EST)

Agreed. It may be worthwhile to make a variant of the template for these kinds of non-regional rankings. Miles (talk) 16:30, 26 December 2016 (EST)
Thing is that the template is used on like, every PR...and since the parameters aren't named, I can't even deprecate them. XL would also be of no use, because it only does simple text replacements. Serpent   King 16:36, 26 December 2016 (EST)
Which would suggest we should make a separate but similar template rather than changing the existing one. Miles (talk) 16:38, 26 December 2016 (EST)
Seems like a sloppy shortcut to me. The other PRs (including the regionals) have the same problem, right? Serpent   King 16:39, 26 December 2016 (EST)
Well, regional PRs don't use a "score" value in the same way these global ones do (compare 1, 2) and wouldn't need such a column. I don't see how it's sloppy to make a variant template for a variant situation that needs an additional piece of data not relevant elsewhere. Miles (talk) 17:15, 26 December 2016 (EST)
I had a go with it and it was actually easier than I thought. The rating is specified with "score=". Other uses of the template are unchanged. – Smiddle 17:34, 26 December 2016 (EST)
Maybe not the best name for the parameter, as an extra column could be used for other stuff as well, but it works. – Smiddle 17:35, 26 December 2016 (EST)
