It says the most famous cheat is Sonic and Tails in Brawl. But it also says the most famous cheat is Sonic and Tails in Melee. The Brawl one is incorrect and should be changed. [[User:Smash Bros is Best|Smash Bros is Best]] 21:08, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

There's a rumor going around that a Black Mage screenshot has been leaked. It is a fake to me. Here's where the rumor began. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiIC6FDy2fU. Also, I've found some "leaked" screenshots about Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles and Mewtwo. --[[User:Mr.Santana Lopez|Mr.Santana Lopez]] ([[User talk:Mr.Santana Lopez|talk]]) 09:50, 18 March 2014 (EDT)

:While it is interesting to see the variety of faked character reveal images, none of your aforementioned rumours have significant enough spread to warrant mentioning on this article. In general, we want to see some significant spread for rumours (i.e. appearances in notable newssites, significant discussion on forums like [[SWF]], etc.) before they're placed on the page; alternatively, they could have some form of "uniqueness" that helps them be diffrentiated from other rumours (such as the Lucina hoax, which showed that ''Brawl'' hacks can be used to manufacture rumours).

[[image:Ninka_Vaanrose_Leak.jpg|thumb|left|200px|The information from SmashBoards.com - do not immediately disregard the information because the pictures are from Project M; the text will explain that.]] I was tempted to add this supposed "leak", but I thought it would be more appropriate to run it by here first. While it is not exactly popular, the individuals from SmashBoards who initially provided this information are regarded as trusted and reliable sources, who are unlikely to just make things up. The fact that they felt it was important enough to share is noteworthy. This information is usually not accessible for those who don't have a SmashBoards account. Recently, however, the information has been restricted to the more senior members of SmashBoards and for that reason I no longer have full access to it. The amount of secrecy about this information is very interesting, and while it is not widely acknowledged I think it's significant enough to create a section for here, but what do you guys think? I managed to snap a shot of the information. Please do not immediately disregard the information because the pictures are from Project M; the text on the image will explain that.--[[User:Nintendo101|Nintendo101]] ([[User talk:Nintendo101|talk]]) 18:21, 19 August 2014 (EDT)

:OK: '''Do not put pictures on talk pages'''. They take up unnecessary space, even more so in this pic's case, and can be handled by an internal link (<nowiki>[[:File:Name]]; notice the extra colon before 'file')</nowiki>. About the leak itself: What exactly is this supposed to leak? You never explained that. I can't read the text there, and I think you should give us an external link to the thread so we can see what this actually is. <font face="sand">''[[User:Qwerty|<font color="black">Qw</font><font color="003F3F">er</font><font color="005F5F">ty</font>]] ''[[User talk:Qwerty|<font color="005F6F">(t</font><font color="003C6F">al</font><font color="000F7F">k)</font>]]</font> 18:58, 19 August 2014 (EDT)
::I can provide a link to the thread, but individuals who do not have a SmashBoards account cannot view the information, and the thread has now been locked so that only senior members can view the information anyways. http://smashboards.com/threads/the-ninka-vaanrose-leak-discussion-theory.362684 The purpose of the image is that if you select it, and go to its file, it's large enough for you to read it's contents. It was the only way for me to provide the information without quoting it myself because I didn't think I'd be believed if I was to just spread the information from it. The leak adds details on certain palette swaps, and more importantly it claims to provide information on newcomers and character cuts from ''Brawl''. --[[User:Nintendo101|Nintendo101]] ([[User talk:Nintendo101|talk]]) 20:17, 19 August 2014 (EDT)
