I don't see the point of this template or its partner. We currently call the game "Super Smash Bros. 4" and specify version from there if necessary. As-is the template doesn't even follow the Manual of Style either, and if it did there would be no real purpose to it (it would just be a single static no-redirect no-anchor intrawiki link).
