'''wangera''' is a strong ''[[Smash 64]]'' player from Japan, as well as one of the best {{SSB|Jigglypuff}}s in Japan along with {{sm|Takuro~}}. He notably got 3rd at [[Kansai 2015]] over many other more well known players. His tag in Japanese is ワンゲラー though there are no videos available of him outside of on NicoNico. He ended up getting 3rd at Genesis 3, losing to {{Sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} in close sets while winning vs. many strong players. He also notably double eliminated {{sm|Isai}}, being the first person to defeat Isai's {{SSB|Pikachu}} in bracket at a major tournament. Along with Isai's Pikachu, he also won vs. Isai's Fox which is considered to be an unfavorable matchup for Jigglypuff in Loser's. In his winner's match, he won vs. Isai's Mario in a very close set. ==Tournament History==
His first successful tournament was [[Kansai 2015]] where he defeating all three top Kirby players {{Sm|Moyashi}}, {{Sm|Kysk}} and {{Sm|Fukurou}} and finished 3rd being eliminated by {{Sm|Jouske}}.
 
At [[Kanto 2015]] he defeated Norwegian smasher {{Sm|Olikus}} and got defeated by Mexican smasher {{Sm|Mariguas}} in a close set, finishing 17th.
 
Together with Japanese champion {{Sm|Wario}}, he attended [[GENESIS 3]] where he won against {{Sm|Lord Narwhal}}, {{Sm|Dext3r}}, {{Sm|KeroKeroppi}} without dropping a game. Most notably, he double eliminated {{Sm|Isai}}, 2-1 in Winner's Quarters against his Mario and 3-1 in Loser's Semis where Isai first chose to play Fox and switched to Pikachu when it was 2-1 for Wangera. In the final game and both players being on their last stock Isai missed an edge guard situation and self-destructed. This made Wangera the first player to win a tournament set against Isai's Pikachu.
Wangera got double-eliminated by {{Sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} and placed 3rd.

His second US tournament was [[Super Smash Con 2016]] where he won 2-0 against {{Sm|NaCl}} and {{Sm|Stranded}} before getting upset 2-3 by {{Sm|The Z}}. In losers he won 3-2 against {{Sm|Dext3r}} in an extremely close set with a timeout in game 5, where both players had one only stock left and Dext3r a small damage percent lead (55% - 64%) and tried to avoid getting hit. 5 seconds before a timeout Wangera hit him with a Nair to increase his damage percent to 66% and won the game by 2%. He then defeated {{Sm|Kurabba}} 3-0 and got eliminated 3-1 by {{Sm|Isai}} who played as Pikachu for the whole set.
He later said that his performance was disappointing maybe because he didn't sleep well.
 
[[Kanto 2016]] became his first major win. In the absence of top players {{Sm|Wario}} and {{Sm|Jouske}} he won in Winner's Finals 2-1 and in Grand Final 2-0 against {{Sm|Fukurou}}.
