I don't think that blocking him would the best thing, since a lot of his other edits are good faith, but the page should probably fully protected until a consensus has been reached on if it should be moved in order to prevent the tag from being removed again. It's going to be a while until rumors start popping up again, and even longer for some of those to come true, and by that time the consensus should be reached.
