Preview your editsEdit
Hi, when editing, preview your edits before saving, rather than saving and reviewing them afterward. This way you can make your changes to a page in a single edit or two, otherwise you'll flood the recent changes and the page's history with excessive minor edits that could have been condensed into one edit, as well as make it more cumbersome for other users to review what you actually changed.
