This tournament was advertised on the [http://mastergorn.free.fr/Autres/N-1179765883.jpg Official French Nintendo Magazine] as well as in video game stores across France and as a result there was a record attendance for the tournament. Notably, this was the last major tournament before B.E.A.S.T 5 in 2015 where one of the Five Gods did not win, as well as the first major tournament where a solo Sheik won; Amsah remained as the only solo-Sheik player to win a major until 2023, when {{Sm|Jmook}} won {{Trn|GENESIS 9}}.
