If [http://vgmdb.net/album/9297 the credits to Smashing... Live! are any indication], Jungle Japes and Saria's Song were both arranged by Shogo Sakai (the album uses the same arrangements as Melee, just different recordings). Unfortunately "EarthBound" is still up in the air as the Mother tracks weren't included on the album--probably copyright issues.
