Palutena received significant mobility buffs in Ultimate. Should it be considered as a spiritual succesor to lightewight (now permanent, but also nerfed effect)

- I honestly just see it as a massive buff rather than implementing Lightweight into her moveset. Many other characters have also gotten major changes/buffs to not just speed, but their moveset, so it's really stretching it stating that Lightweight was implemented into her speed.
