Just a trophy?
It looks like the image with her and Palutena is just their two trophies being posed on the Town and City stage (notice that Phosphora is in a similar pose as her trophy, and as her trophy was revealed awhile ago it could be a slightly modified pose) Is it maybe just the trophy viewer?
