The rankings remain largely the same from the [[OrionRank Ultimate]] with a few changes. Tournament values were determined by attendance from players who were ranked on the OrionRank Ultimate and power rankings from countries outside of the United States and Japan as well as specific values given to hidden bosses and players who were qualified for the OrionRank 2019.

Player values are determined by the average of the average placement of a player for each category. Scoring by a head-to-head count, with the values depending on the player defeated and the tier of the tournament. An additional placement bonus was also added, with notes that the values may change in the future.
 
Categories remained the same, however an additional Category 6 was created for tournaments that were significantly larger than other supermajors.
