Probably might be better to go for the KIS (Keep It Simple) approach - use something along the lines of, "In more casual settings, a zero-to-death combo is sometimes referred to as any instance where a player is taken from 0% to a KO without them landing a retaliatory hit on their opponent, even if they manage to escape hitstun."
