Players in Area 51 now count for the PGRU, and five additional "rising stars" would be considered for PGR tournaments 3 months into the season; both will be worth the same as those ranked from 31-50. The international multiplier has been changed as well: the multiplier for the continental United States and Japan remained the same, however the multiplier everywhere else has changed to ~1.67x; the C-tier threshold for those countries is now 120. Disqualifications for entrants in free-to-enter tournaments are counted, and a 1-DQ buffer was given to S-tier tournaments. Finally, there are plans for an off-season starting in December and ending in January.
