People who are knowledgeable about a certain character should have priority over admins/editors. If it is biased then yes but many are not. I remembered seeing this but, I was doing a 2 minute regular Smash playing as Palutena, and used her forward smash, and heard her say something. Usually she will just grunt, but I spammed it enough, and sometimes she will actually say Goddess Wings, although very quickly. Anyone can feel free to test this, and it will prove that I am right. | |||
