::The goal here is "most historically notable," and unfortunately most of Big D's Dedede usage was in the early metagame, and most if not all early metagame characters won't have historical notability. Also, Franku may have some solid results but he hasn't performed as well as any of the other King Dedede players, with his best being 17th at a 200+ player regional. We could consider Franku in the future, but for now he doesn't really fit the requirement either.
