At [[Super Smash Con 2019]], his 10th US tournament, he got upset in pools by {{Sm|Loto}} which forced him to play {{Sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} in the first round of Top 32 whose Kirby sent him to the Loser's bracket. There he defeated {{Sm|Nackle}}, Stranded using the tag {{Sm|Mercy}} whose Yoshi brought him close to a loss but Stranded went Fox in game 2 & 4, losing both leading to a 3-2 for Alvin, and {{Sm|Maha}} 3-0. Then the rematch of SSC 2017 against {{Sm|wario}} happened and this time Alvin lost leading to a rather low 7th place. He is considered to be in a bit of a triangle rivalry with Gerson and Marka, where Alvin wins vs. Marka, Marka wins vs. Gerson, and Gerson wins vs. Alvin, respectively. This played a big factor in the 2014 National where SuperBoomFan won vs. Gerson, so Alvin won vs. Marka, forcing Marka to win vs. Boom, and then Alvin won again, winning the tournament. | |||
