Each laser deals less damage (2% → 1.5%) decreasing its total damage output (9% → 7%).
Down throw's blaster shots have a longer hitbox (z stretch: N/A → 6). This means that one of the lasers will no longer miss certain characters, allowing the throw to consistently deal its maximum damage against the entire cast.
- In matchups where one of the blaster shots would previously whiff, the throw still deals 7% total.
