User:The Jacketed Terrapin/Statistics/Event Matches (Wii U)

These are the statistics for each fighters' appearances in certain Event Matches in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.

With Events mode in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U using a "path" system rather than ordering Event Matches in a linear order, there's no official order for the game's Event Matches. While I could list them alphabetically or by how the map orders them, it just doesn't feel right to have an event titled "The Final Battle" not be the last one listed, so here's an order I came up with instead:

  • "The Original Heavyweights", being the first selectable Solo event in for Wii U, is the first Solo event in order.
  • For the paths leading from "The Original Heavyweights", their order is determined by the All-Star event that they lead to, which is based on the releases of each installment. The order is:
    • The "All-Star Battle: Regulars path".
    • The "All-Star Battle: Melee path".
    • The "All-Star Battle: Brawl path". Do note that "New Challengers 1" is ordered first in this path as it is required to be cleared before facing "All-Star Battle: Brawl". Additionally, "All-Star Battle: Secret", another All-Star event in this path, is actually the last event ordered in this path, as it is an amalgamation of secret fighters from Smash 64 and Brawl.
    • The "New Challengers 2 path". Unlike other paths, one alternate path, the one leading left from "A Situation of some Gravity", will be completely ignored. This is because it leads to:
    • The "The Final Battle path".
  • For events leading from "The Original Heavyweights" that have split paths, paths that lead to "dead ends" will always be ordered first.
  • All-Star events will always be the last events in the paths leading from "The Original Heavyweights".
  • "A Lurking Menace", being the first selectable Co-Op event in for Wii U, is the first Co-Op event in order.
  • As "A Lurking Menace" has no split paths, the order will be as follows: Take the only path available. If there's a split path, take the one that leads to a "dead end", then take the other path.

Note: This list will not include Event Matches where any character is selectable.
