She is known for having a strong hatred for all humans, due to the actions of some harming the forests and wildlife of the planet, as well as for the Underworld Army, due to their complete disregard for life. When introduced, she is an antagonist who commands the "Forces of Nature", her army of troops made up of organic materials. Her goal is to eradicate humans for damaging the ecosystem, and does so by using [[Reset Bomb]]s that cause mass destruction before overgrowing the area of impact. After [[Pit]] escapes his seal from the Chaos Kin, Viridi gives Pit the [[Power of Flight]] in the same way [[Palutena]] does and assists him in his mission of freeing Palutena from the Chaos Kin's mind control.
