Ive noticed recently there has been places for a Toon Link victory theme, which had no information or source and has since been removed, and a Corrin victory theme now, which still has no source but at least its being described now. What the composer is saying is that he first received Wario's victory theme from Nintendo and was told to use it in Shake It, which is what we have written down on the wiki. Since it wasn't used in any previous Wario title (as it was a piece created specifically for Brawl), it does not fit the "three pieces used in previous Wario titles" description and therefore is likely an original tune a Smash composer made.
