I suppose it is good to be consistent, and I won't edit the articles, but I really think this Lucario to be male. His "voice" is masculine (not just voice ACTOR, mind you, as Pikachu, widely considered to be male, is voiced by a woman, as well as Ash himself, among others), and even the Cresselia trophy, which mentions they are always female, still refuses to use gender-specific pronouns, so you can't really judge by that.
