There is a video titled "Corrin's Bull**** Counter" which shows corrin countering a variety of attacks and OHKOing, most of which deal closer to 30%. While the damage multiplier may be third strongest, The knockback multiplier, which is X2.56 the move countered, making it very, very easily the strongest in the game.
