:::As a gay man, I'd say it's not notable to his inclusion in Smash. It's not an integral part of his character, as any support relationships have little effect on the game. Were he or she forced to marry those characters as part of the story and it were somehow referenced in Smash, it might be a different story, but that's not the case.
