The Majority of the outfit is black with only yellow trimmings, thus I'm hesitant to count it as a reference to Partner Units who have an almost entirely yellow colorscheme. Combined with partner units not showing up in any of the Archanea games, I think its more likely to assume outfit is a reference to Camus outfit, which is indeed Black with yellow trimming.
