The Spring 2019 PGRU lists the best smashers for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, starting on February 1st, 2019 with Sumabato SP 2 and GENESIS 6 and ending on July 7th, 2019 with Albion 4, The Pinnacle 2019, and BigWinChampionship 2.

Methodology
Methodology
The first list is formulated exactly like forwiiu's Panda Global Rankings, however the TTS has been altered a bit. There are now two different scales for tournaments: continental tournaments, which are based off of tournaments in the contintental United States, and international tournaments, which are based off of tournaments outside of the continental United States. The only difference between the two scales are that each entrant in the international tournaments is worth 1.25 points instead of 1. For example, a Canadian tournament with 160 entrants will barely meet the requirement for a C-Tier tournament, while an American tournament with 199 entrants, despite having more entrants than the Canadian tournament, will just be short for a C-Tier ranking. This is so that players outside of the United States can have a better chance to make the final list. Past PGR rankings do not factor into the first list.

The power ranking was formulated similarly to forwiiu's Panda Global Rankings with a few alterations. First, an international multiplier was added, giving tournaments outside of the United States 1.25. This addition allowed more international events to be ranked on the TTS, and gave international players a better chance to make the final list.

In addition, there were no points for players on previous PGR rankings as tournament values were based solely on entrant numbers, leading to some events being undervalued or outright unranked due to not meeting the proper entrants count. On the other hand, as a compromise outplacements were factored into the ranking, as well as wins over players who would've been in the 51-100 range had the ranking gone up to that placement.
