:::Well for a recent power rank, they obviously are ranked for a reason, which makes them notable. That's how it's always been, otherwise half of our smasher articles would be deleted. Outdated power rankings though, I'm not sure to be honest. Take Prince Ramen as an example, he's a Palu main and is power ranked, but if we compare him with AeroLink, Capnchreest, El_Pitikla, Iceninja and TLTC, he is by no means notable.
