Ontario is the first region to incorporate power rankings into their competitive Smash 64 console community. These Toronto based rankings were calculated by Pidgezero_one, Preston, Sex, YBOMBB, and Astro, and based off many tournaments in Ontario, principally in Toronto. Criticism of the rankings has included; inclusion of old and small tournaments, omission of major tournaments outside of Ontario, and the lack of updates when justified.
Despite the rankings being limited to Ontario, it is worthy to note that due to its developed console scene, the majority of Canada's top professionals are in these rankings, with only SuPeRbOoMfAn and The Z missing due to being from Alberta and Quebec, respectively.
These rankings are considered stale as four players have not played since their release and a change in dynamics of the top six, most notably Revan's six set winning streak against YBOMBB.
