Was going to skip this since Alex already did some work on it and made a list on the OHKO page, but didn't include Hammer Knuckle. Turns out it is because it was overlooked and completely wrong (could only get 100+ by hacking a launch resistance of 0). Readded unofficial names so we have something, and officialness is clarified already. Swapped Rush with Rush & Slam because the normal version should be first, not the alternate low health one
