There's really no justification for not allowing 1111 guest Miis at a bare minimum, and EVO having customs will also make them more likely to be seen. On top of that, Komorikiri has won a large regional in Japan, Sumabato 1 for Wii U, using Mii Brawler (WITH the default 1-1-1-1 moveset, and Mii Brawler is significantly better with customs).
